Support That Meets You Where You Are
Sometimes you need a village while raising your kids — especially when resources feel out of reach and you have no one to call for help. Life Options Network exists to make sure moms have practical help, steady guidance, and someone in their corner.
We provide:
- Emotional and practical support for mothers in need.
- Parenting guidance and resource navigation
- Help for expecting women in difficult financial circumstances.
- Ongoing access to essential baby and children’s items
- Connections to housing, healthcare, childcare, and community programs
All services are completely free and confidential.

Free Clothing, Diapers, and Baby Essentials
Our Free Stores are available to moms-to-be and mothers with young children.
By appointment, moms can:
- Shop twice annually for clothing and baby items
- Visit monthly for diapers, wipes, formula, and pregnancy tests.
- Exchange clothing once per year by appointment to upsize (clean, unstained items only)
If you have children ages 0–5T and need support, text us to schedule a time to come in.
Free Store locations are available in Tennessee and Washington.

You Don’t Have to Navigate This Alone
Sometimes what moms need most is someone to help them sort through their options.
Our advocates provide guidance and connect families with housing support, healthcare clinics, postpartum support, and other community resources. We work alongside local agencies to help meet the real needs of single parents and low-income families.
We believe every mother and child deserves support, stability, and investment.

Facing an Unexpected Pregnancy?
Experiencing an unexpected pregnancy can feel overwhelming. You may feel scared, unsure, or worried about what comes next.
You deserve support, clarity, and someone who will listen without judgment.
When you reach out, an advocate will respond within 24 hours to talk through your situation and help you understand your options and available resources.

Help Us Support Moms in Our Community
Because of generous donors, we are able to provide free clothing, diapers, advocacy, and guidance to families who need it most.
