Life Options Network exists to support mothers and families who need practical help, steady guidance, and someone in their corner.
We believe information is powerful. When a mother knows where to find food, clothing, childcare, housing support, or community resources, she is better equipped to care for herself and her children. Our role is to connect women and families with the help they need — clearly, compassionately, and without judgment.
Motherhood can be beautiful, but it can also be overwhelming. Whether facing an unexpected pregnancy, financial strain, or the daily challenges of raising young children, no one should have to navigate it alone.

We know that asking for help can feel difficult. In a culture where independence is often expected, many women carry burdens quietly. Our heart is to create a space where mothers feel safe reaching out — without shame, without pressure, and without fear of being misunderstood.

Where We Serve
Our Free Store locations operate in three local communities in Tennessee and Washington, providing in-person support and essential baby and children’s items to mothers in need.
Advocacy and resource guidance are available more broadly, helping connect families with trusted programs and support services both locally and nationwide.
