Katy is a Nashville Contemporary Christian artist with 5 full-length albums, winner of the 2013 International CWIMA showcase, #1 songs in the ‘09 International Acoustic Music Awards folk and Americana categories, the Independent Music Awards Popular Vote, and Embassy Music’s regional choice. Most recently, she was an opening act for Chris Tomlin and Steph Schlueter!
As the month of March winds down we wanted to share some of the incredible stories coming out of our free stores, teen nights, and advocacy programs!
This month we met a new baby born to a 16 year old momma who we are now mentoring through our teen parent night. We’ve been able to encourage her in her future and help her connect with another teen mom going through our program!
We also helped a single expecting mom with a toddler. She made an appointment and was over joyed that she would have financial support for both her babies
Another mom with an infant and kids who were living in a hotel were helped with access to food and we’ve helped several pregnant moms with ultrasound access and long term advocacy!
